Why I Use a Serum Under Moisturizer, and What You're Missing If You Don't

My "serum story" begins at Avon Repfest in Nashville, August 2017. I have used ANEW eye, day and night creams consistently for decades. Every once in a while. when Avon would introduce a treatment serum, I would try it, usually in place of my night cream. I wouldn't notice a difference, and I would go back to the night cream. It just didn't make sense to me to add a treatment product under a moisturizer that already had so many benefits.

Over the years, as the ravages of time and sun have made their marks on my face, I've developed some persistent dry skin patches on my nose and cheeks.
